When purchasing onhand items or for preorder, an order form may or may not be required. Kindly send a message to order.

Items for preorder are posted on the page (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), if not, you may ask if items are available for preorder.

We accept purchase request that are available only in Korea, but with an additional charge of purchasing fee and kr domestic shipping fee (if applicable).

For Preorder Items: Please take note of the estimated time of arrival (ETA). Preorder only if you're willing to wait. No rush orders. Downpayment is required to secure your order.

For Onhand Items: Please wait atleast 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. Photo and/or video condition of your item will be sent prior to packing.

Please be reminded, our shop will not be held liable for any defects or missing items caused by the manufacturing company/music labels and/or international shipping, as this is beyond our control.

We accept payments thru BPI or GCASH only. Payment details are provided in the payment form or via message upon order.

A screenshot or photo of your payment is required for verification. Do not forget to submit it on the payment form or via message. No photo receipt, no payment.

A deadline of payment or DOP is indicated in every post. Please be responsible of your own dop.

No payment, No order. Please take note of the deadline of payment (DOP). Late payments within the said DOP will cause a penalty fee of ₱50 per day. ALL bogus buyer or joy reservers will be posted and will need to pay 50% of the total amount of the order.

All payments are non-refundable, unless due to the event of out of stock.

Photo of your order will be sent prior to packing and shipping.

Mode of delivery available: GogoExpress, Shopee Checkout, and Same Day Delivery Courier.

Our shop will not be held liable for any defects, damages, or loss of shipment due to local shipping, for we have no control over this. But do not worry for your orders will be safely packed before being shipped out.

GogoExpress (GGX) : All parcels are insured up to P500 only. In case of lost parcel, only P500 will be refunded unless you opted for additional item protection fee which amounts to 1% of the declared value.

Shopee Checkout (SCO) : Checkout link will be provided once your order is ready for shipping. There will be a P10-P15 charge for shopee transaction fees. It is advisable to use shopee pay or online payment to avoid issues regarding lost or stolen parcels. If this happens, our shop will not be held liable and NO REFUND will be given, so please checkout at your own risk.

Same Day Delivery (SDD) : Shipping via Lalamove or Grab Express. No rush shipping. Book at your own risk. No refund for lost or stolen parcel and/or mishandling of items caused by the courier.

Refund or replacement will only be granted in the event of stock unavailability, incomplete items or wrong items caused by our negligence.

Video unboxing (from start to end, without cuts) is required.

No video unboxing, no refund/replacement of item.
